The Human Resources Assistant helps with recruitment, training, and developing a strong organizational structure on the Brantford Campus. Laurier Student Poll is looking to recruit and maintain a team of 15 pollsters that can help with data collection and analysis on the Brantford site. The Brantford Human Resources Manager will be tasked with recruiting this team. They will also assist the Brantford Operations Manager with organizing team socials.
Essential Duties:
- Recruit members and ensure they are connected with the rest of the organization
- Organize Brantford socials for pollsters
- Book rooms for training, meetings, and promotional events
- Take meeting minutes
- Operate Student Poll booth
